Mixed water media including acrylic, watercolor and casein were used to paint "Bison At Yellowstone". Acrylic was used as an underpainting, followed by watercolor. Opaque areas were added using casein. This painting was the result of a winter snowmobile trip to Yellowstone National Park where I witnessed bison congregating around many of the geysers throughout the park.
